about event list

Hello

Now I am doing a project related to text to singing synthesis. I tried many software and sonar is the only one with event list and lyric editing together. it is really helpful for my project. However, there are some problems when I use the event list.
My original midi file is midi1 with 3 tracks inside. however, when I open it with sonar, it can only show last two tracks. My first track contains the title, tempo, panning.....    
Do I need to set up something beforehand to see the first track?
