New Feature Thought....

Just a thought..

With all the buzz being about being able to get the "sound" of a large mixing console...and plugs like
Slate VCC and Waves NLS popping up like Daisies...

Wouldn't it be AWESOME to have the ability to "change" consoles, complete with the GUI console change,
channel strip, and summing, all built right in to the DAW.....

Now THAT would be a helluva feature...

One can dream can't they???

LOL

I'd pay $25,000 for that feature.

BTW, are you aware that you joined this forum on my birthday?

All I want is for the plugin GUI to become part of the channel strip...how many times have I been adjusted an EQ before I realized that the PLUGIN was from the wrong CHANNEL....

At least find a way to put the TRACK NAME in the title bar of the plugin... I wouldn't pay $25000 but I would pay for this feature.

Just a variation on the theme of the OP.

That's a great request. I don't know if you know what makes the sound of a high dollar console as good as it is. To cut it short, its all in the metal and the design in the real world of hardware.

What I want is for in X1 Expanded to have the ENTIRE channel strip in ProChannel, with complete drag and drop routing of every component. Including the sends, faders, plugins, etc. Every track starts at input and ends at output. Whatever path lies between is up to you.
