Sonar x1d and octa capture

I'm in trouble.
Last night i had to work on an old project at 44.1k and i was able to do changing the sample rate from 96 to 44.1. The old project was fine but now opening the project previously done at 96k i can set the sample rate on the asio driver but sonar force 44.1 and the tracks are producing rumors and buzzzz!
After so many try i dont what to do.
Please help me !

    hmm... and it's not letting you change the settings back? That doesn't sound right. I have a couple of really backwards ass, ghetto ideas for you but hopefully someone with a little more knowledge than I will chime in.

    I mean there should be a section within the project itself to change it back. Probably under Properties. It sounds like Sonar just recalled the last settings trying to be "helpful" and now that's your default sample rate.

    What driver/firmware version are you using?

    I have projects at 44.1 and 96k and never remember to change the settings but when I checked, the OC driver set itself. I'm using v1.5.

    Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

    My firmware version is 1.5 the last available.
    Apparently there is no way to resume the right sample rate.
    I hope there is a solution.

    Try this...can't hurt, might help: Press and hold the Display button until it shows Settings, scroll down to Initialize, push the cursor button and follow directions. Maybe its brain got scrambled.

    @anderton
    Do you suggest to initialize the sound card ?
    Thank you!
