Metronome help - 8.5 Producer

Hey guys,
I always find excellent info here, and I've finally joined up. PROBLEM: Sonar 8.5 Producer, my metronome constantly changes BPM within the song, like it's being marked or triggered by a default marker. I have a template saved with all my plugs and EQ settings, so I don't want to start from scratch. I must have clicked something at some point that caused this to happen.

Is there a way for me to delete these tempo changes and just have ONE tempo through out the song without opening a new project? This is very frustrating as I have to manually go thru each measure to change the tempo accordingly for it to stay the same thru out.

Big thanks and much appreciated!
Cheers,
-Rich

There is a tempo map you can bring up and will see all the tempo changes ----Views---Tempo----

Event list or Tempo view is the place to get rid of unwanted tempo changes. Usually the situation is due to copy-pasted MIDI-clips, which all include a tempo command. You change one, but when the next clip starts, you're back to the original.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.
