losing my cursor in sonar

I think I hit control or shift something. Anyone ever had this problem? If it happens again is there a way to exit out of the program running?

Are you losing the cursor, or is the clip view not moving forward?
If it's the clip view, hit the scroll lock button on your keyboard.
If you are losing the cursor, something is causing the program to lock up.
In that case, hit ctrl/alt/ delete to bring up the Task Manager.
In Task Manager, highlight Sonar LE, and click the End Process button.
It may take a few moments to respond.
99% of the time, that is sufficient.
If you are experiencing a major system lockup, and that doesn't work, you can press and hold the power button until it forces a full shut down.
This often results in an error message when you restart.
If so, select the Start Normally option.
Sometimes this just happens, but if it becomes routine, you will have to do some trouble shooting to determine what is causing it to happen.

I found my way to the "X" in the upper right, x'ed out and things were fine. I had no cursor but as if the cursor was on something so I tailed it to where I needed it to be. Dont get it but the way I type I have a tendency to type to fast, for me, and very flat allowing me to hit more that one key. Whats below the the shift?
