Controlling SonarX1 with A8000pro
I am having difficuly getting my A800Pro to control Sonar X1. I call up the properties page in Sonar and if I move the sliders can see them move in Sonar. I cannot get any input form the A800 other that from the keys. I'm sure it is just finger trouble but I cannot fugure it out. Has anybody got a noddy guide to setting up the A800pro and Sonar?
I am using 64bit SonarX1 Expanded
Upadate :-
I am getting there slowly but still don't fully understand things.

I had similar problems and found this advice to be really helpful
http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2077977
- may be useful if you have not read already - still finding it very clunky to use though and have been disappointed - wish I had bought a Novation - I mainly got the APRO as it had Sonar LE installed and I am finding that challenging too!

Joe,
The instructions your link refers to have given me a much better insight as to what I should be doing. I seem to have things sorted out now. Many thanks.
