Amplitube fender: Double Sound / delay

Hi there, When adding FX vst plug in [amplitube fender] I am getting a delay effect on the sound, as if there was two instances of the sound running. When I use it as a standalone I don't have this problem, it is only when I am running through Sonar. I have created completely new sketches and I still have this problem.
