Sonar X1 reproducible crash question...

I am a Sonar X1 Producer user and I love the software so far.  I have been using it for the last couple of months and it has been rock solid.  Literally, with my configuration, uncrashable.
I have, however, been able to find 1 bug that I can reproduce a crash.

When I double click on any grey empty area on the MASTER console strip, I get a crash:
A fatal error has occured.
Exception code:  c0000005

I wonder what causes this?  Does this happen with anyone else?
BTW, there are also other empty areas I can double click and crash Sonar.  Really, it doesn't affect me using the software as long as I am not tempted to click there.

I am running Sonar X1 Producer x64 version.
Windows 7 (x64), i7, 8gig RAM, ATI graphics.

There is also a reproducible (many users have confirmed this) crash when clicking in an empty grey area in the ProChannel.
Seems SONAR doesn't like empty grey areas. go figure.

ATI was acquired by AMD in 2006 though they still use the ATI name for some reason. Both my laptops use Radeon cards which cause strange anomalies with several programs I have.

There are a few cases popping up where clicking here and there causes Sonar to crash. I don't get any of the ones reported here but I do get one now and then. I used to think it was a graphics card conflict but even a corrupted track or project can cause it.
