Question on cloning track - track height

I used to clone tracks and if my track height was minimized the cloned track would also be minimized.  Lately when I clone a track and the source track height is minimized the new cloned track is not. It's open to show the various track settings.

I'm wondering if I flipped a setting accidentally. Are any of you aware of a place to set a cloned track height's default height? I prefer the minimized especially when I'm putting in multiple clones.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

IIRC, there should be a default track height setting in the preference menu.
