Need to call script on SONAR report failure

Hi,
We need to call a script based on the status of sonar reports. The script is to change the colour of the lights based on the output of report. The script has three functions "off", "Green", "Red", and depending on the sonar status this script will be passed one of those 3 parameter.
 
Can you advice how can we call this script after reading the sonar status?
