So many famous people are dying
To me it seems like I am reading way more obits of famous musicians or artists or game show hosts than birth announcements of comparably famous people. Thoughts?
Some people call me Maurice SPLAT Pro lifetime, ADK 6 core 3.6Ghz with 32 GB RAM, SSD 1TB system drive, 3 3TB regular drives for samples, recordings and misc. Behringer X Touch, UAD Apollo Quad. 2 UAD2 Quads PCI (i think - inside the box whatever that is), Console 1. More guitars (40??) and synths (hard and soft) than talent. Zendrum!!!

The good old days of proclamations like "Nostradamus was born today, predictions to soon follow" and "James Paige, who was born today will one day layer guitar tracks in such a way that Less Paul never dreamed of" are long since gone. Do you remember any others Maurice?

I remember when Justin Beiber was born and how he was proclaimed to be the next heavy metal guitar god. He still has time.

Thousands of famous people were born today. We'll never know who they are though.

Prolly nothing important happened either. In 20 years when people look up that date all they'll see is a footnote saying "Bapu's FSF continued to ramble on".

All I know is when I look around at the dead I see a lot more un famous dead people than famous dead people. There are thousands of dead people who died this week and only like 2 famoous dead bodies with toe tags... Probabaly toe tags made of gold since they ain't gonna use their famous millions they earned So I dunno why don't we try being more sympathetic to the non famous people who kicked the bucked rather than being all cold to them. Mmmkay?

Craig is on to something. The rich are cashing in their chips and moving to higher ground. Think about how many blue chip TV shows got wound up this season. Grey's Anatomy, House, Desperate housewives and just about every long term soap on US television threw in the towel this year. Coronation Street will be forever, thankfully. It's the official soap of the zombie apocalypse.
Regards, John I want to make it clear that I am an Eedjit. I have no direct, or indirect, knowledge of business, the music industry, forum threads or the meaning of life. I know about amps. WIN 10 Pro X64, I7-3770k 16 gigs, ASUS Z77 pro, AMD 7950 3 gig, Steinberg UR44, A-Pro 500, Sonar Platinum, KRK Rokit 6
