Custom Colors

is it possible to have tracks colored as similar to protool? I have looked and seem like I can pick a color scheme, however it applies to all tracks. Can I have different tracks be different colors?

Yes, individual tracks and clips can easily have there own colors.  You can click on the tracks or clips tabs to color them, or go into preferences and set your colors there.

My post. Didn't want to give bad info (at least not intentionally).

I was watching an instrucitonal video about EQing which they were using protools. I noticed in their "console" they could customize the color of each channel strip, all the drums were one color, guitars were differrent etc. I have so many tracks and limited screen space, I have been shrinking down the channel strips pretty narrow, just thought it could be useful to color code the channel strips similar to pro tools. Similar to DJWayne,  i have clicked all over the place and haven't found where to select a color. so I will pay attention to any response to his post.  :)

In track view, there's a vertical task bar on the left side of the screen where you can open dialogue boxes for clips, tracks or the Pro Channel.  Open either the clips tab or the tracks tab to get to the colors.
