This one has me stumped...SOLVED!!

I have used Guitar Rig 4 with X1 since day one.  It is the full-featured version of GR4.  It has worked flawlessly.  Now, for reasons I can't fugure out, it will not work

When I add it to an audio track, GR loads up just fine, all the amps etc. are available...just like always.  But there is no audio.  No audio is getting to GR.  No...it is not on "bypass."

This is what's odd:  GR works perfectly on older projects.  In other words, when I load up an older project, GR works fine.  If I add a new audio track to an old project and plug in GR, it works fine.  I just won't work on NEW projects.  That is what leads me to believe that the problem lies within Sonar.

This is nuts.  In order to start a new project, I have to load an old project that has GR plugged in, rename the project, delete ALL tracks except the GR track, and start from there.

Any thoughts?

In Guitar Rig, click options, then preferences, the look for the "Rig Control 1" setting and try changing the input channel from right to left or left to right, that's what worked for me.
