I'm not saying to go out and kill all the stupid people. I'm saying remove all the warning labels and let it sort itself out

    I wonder what the ratio is for stupid people to smart people?

    Where does one draw the line? (If the IQ is higher than a good earthquake on the Richter scale, that should be good enough no?)
