No PDC in SONAR LE?

The PDC button, as described in the Help, does not appear where the Help files indicate in SONAR LE. Does anyone know if it was not included for some reason, or if the functionality is accessible elsewhere?

    What is the PDC button?
    Which version of LE do you have, 4, 6, 7, 8, X1?
There are many items in the help files of SONAR LE and Music Creator programs that apply only to the full versions of SONAR, but weren't taken out of the help files, so you may not have PDC, whatever that is.

I am selling my MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS, red and black. PM for more details.

Music Creator 2003, MC Pro 24, SONAR Home Studio 6 XL, SONAR  X3e, CbB, Focusrite Saffire, not enough space.
    Everything is better with pie.

Yes, Plugin Delay Compensation. I have seen it mentioned A LOT on the regular Sonar X1 forums as a remedy for MIDI latency. The problem I am having is when I record something via MIDI, it is latent by about an eighth note. I can select all the midi data in piano roll view after recording and slide it all back and eight note and everything is perfect, so it is very consistent at least, but still annoying.

I have an Alesis QS7 and a Roland QUADcapture connected to a Core i5 PC with Win7 64 bit.
