They should have an installation routine.
Can you provide the names of the particular ones you're talking about?

Installation is all done for you moreorless bar for one important thing - where you actually put it. The installation may suggest somewhere so you need to be clear on where you want to put it. Some people just put them in the Cakewalk Vst folder or others, like me, have (create) a 3rd party folder. This must be added to the list that Cakewalk scans on start-up. You have to do a scan when you add new plugs regardless of what folder you end up putting them in.

These are actually VST plugins that perform MIDI functions.
just extract the zip file and copy all the dll fiels to your VST folder.

In SONAR X1 that's likely something like:

C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VST Plugins (for the 64 bit version) or:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\VST Plugins (for the 32 bit version).

You could make a sub folder and call it Js MIDI Plugins
and put them all in there.
    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VST Plugins\Js MIDI Plugins

I wish I could find something to kill CC123.  All of SONAR's MFX loads except the filter.  It get added to the BIN but when I double click it, nothing opens...

MFX CC Map at www.tencrazy.com/gadgets/mfx.  Translate CC123 to another innocuous CC number.  (Or use a keyboard / controller other than a Roland).

What the hell happened to SONAR's MIDI Event Filter?  Anyone else having trouble opening it?
