Guitar Rig 3 Not Being Applied To "Frozen" Tracks or MP3 Exports?

I wonder if someone can help with this one
 
I recorded a track with GR3 in Sonar 8.5 PE and it sounded great using a Gratifier preset
 
When I exported to MP3 the GR3 did not apply
 
When I freeze a track the effect is not applied?
 
I assume GR3 is not "rendering" correctly
 
The bizarre thing is that it only seems to affect tracks that I start under one User Account in Vista
 
When I switch to another account (my music one) I can start a new file and it all works correctly
 
The problem I have is that even if I copy and paste the wav files from the "corrupt" version in to a new version it still does not render - although prior to doing this I could record new tracks and it worked perfectly
 
The only thing different in guitar rig is that the layout in one User Account looks a little different (It had a "GR3 Mix" preset heading)
 
Anyone have any clue what is going on and how I can apply GR to the track I have recorded??
 
(I have learnt my lesson for new tracks but want to rescue this one!)
