Beats not showing in time ruler

Oh man,this is gonna be a long and rocky road.
How the hell do I get the beat markers to show in the time ruler?
I don't want to add a sample ruler, or millisecond ruler,or anything like that,I just want the beats showing as well as the measures ie:

1...2...3... etc and not 1   2   3

    Use the Zoom In Horizontal button at the bottom right.

    In PRV select view > grid resolution
