Best for what?  .WAV is lossless, and is easily exported at 24 bits, so same as any other 24 bit lossless format as far as audio quality.  Lossless formats with less bit resolution may suffer from quantization distortion.  If you're talking about compressed file formats that's a whole subject of study in itself.  Best compression?  Best quality for a given amount of compression?  Best for which type of music?

I believe SONAR can export OMF files, which is a format used for compatibility with other DAWs.

Elaborate a little on what you're looking for and we might be able to make some suggestions.

Sonar most definitely does have OMF. Its an open format for loading Sonar projects into other pro audio software.

i read in a mixing magazine, that OMF and AAF were the best?

I also read that martians where invading Southern California. Yuor ternas for understamding what there saying is off.

Wave file is what you chose for exporting. AAf isn't an audio format, but AIFF is. AIFF is commonly used in pro tools and some other, but Wave file is the universal audio format and is the industry standard for Cd's (16bit 44.1kHz sample rate)

MP3 sucks for quality as it degrades the sound quality. Even at 320 bitrate, its still not as good as a wave file.

OMF, CWB and CWP are formats for saving your sonar projects, not for exporting audio.
