ZOOM R24 no input/output choices in HS 7


Hi all,

So I've got a ZOOM R24, and I know it can be used as an interface. I'm currently running on Windows 7 with Sonar Home Studio 7. When I connect the R24 via USB to my computer, and go to the "Controllers/Surfaces" choice in the "Options" tab, I don't get the "ZOOM R16_R24" options in the in port/out port columns. I have the latest driver for the R24 installed as well. 
I'm just really frustrated and can't figure out why the in port/out port choices are not showing up. Any help? Or should I ask the people at ZOOM about this?

    have you tried looking into the ACT  system in sonar?
    you may very well have to use act if there is no control surface set up in the presets.
    its very common to do this.
    i could be here all night telling you about ACT.
    just read up on it.
