Z3ta+2 mutant maniac here

Hi everybody, I'm Encanti.  I've made about 800 patches for Z3ta+2 in the last year with the initial release plus the "mutant" series preset libraries.  I consider myself a Z3ta+2 black belt, so ask me any questions!  To me, Z3ta+2 has become the most essential instrument in my collection, and it will be influencing my sound for years to come.

I've currently got a QuNeo controller set to work with Z3ta+2 and it's been amazing making patches spontaneously by tweaking 16 XY parameters at once.  I'll post a video eventually!

Here's a Z3ta+2 tip of the day:  Try using an OSC as a source, going in to a filter's resonance, and find a point where you can actually slightly hear the resonant spike oscillating! Mess with the source OSC's pitch and group, then layer it over some other oscillators.  This is a great tip I've been on to lately.

Also, there seems to be spam on this board? Lol, what's up with the spam??

Are you equally good with Z3TA 1? I am still using that version myself, and it is by far my favorite soft synth of any I have used. I suppose I could bite the bullet and upgrade, but hell, I have barely scratched the surface of version one.

Look forward to seeing more tips and a sample post or two in the song forum.

    Cheers

    Blank, how so?

Like template blank-slate presets?  I have a few but I doubt they'd be useful.

Just press "initialize" and it gives you a blank slate.

I have a few "practically blank" patches tho, good starting points.  PM me your email address and I'll send.
