Dimension exe

Hi - just upgrading to producer. The Dimension exe won't dnload can't read the file source I think is what it said. I emailed tech support but they are slow...any ideas? Thanks.

    If you are using any kind of javascript blockers enable the download page. That might fix it. If not call the support line 1-888-CAKEWALK because otherwise you'll be waiting a couple of days for a reply. Cheers.

    Thanks. I thought that was sales only. They list a support # that is not toll free & I didn't know how long I'd be on hold.

    That other number is for tech support. You just need them to email you a new link so the general support guys should be able to help with that. Cheers and enjoy your new goodies. :-)

    Also when I've called tech I wasn't on hold for longer than 5 minutes. Depends on the call volume at the time.
