Output only left side..?

I just bought Roland's new Quad-capture and easily set it up, but for some reason when I play back an old track my master bus only shows a level on the left channel and nothing else. I've poked around trying to figure out what's going on, but I haven't got a clue really as everything seems to be set up normally as far as I can tell. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks

    Just to clariy, the track and synth outputs being sent to the master bus DOES show stereo, but the sound card out track shows only a left channel, is that clear???

    At the bottom of the master bus, click on the output button and make sure its going to a stereo output.

    Well I started a new song (just to start from scratch) and the issue's not happening again, so I assume I'm doing something on the other song and I'll just keep clicking away until I find the problem (dave, I do not see this button.) 

    Another issue (maybe related) seems to plague my system. When I record a vocal test, my voice plays back and it isolates ever so slightly. Sounds like I'm panning 30% and then back to the middle again..don't suppose you know what could be causing that do you?

    Ah never mind, I can't seem to re-produce the problem. Thanks anyway...
