Morphestra half-price
Through Thursday only, Morphestra is half-price. Normally, direct price is $549 and through Sweetwater it's been $499. Now you can buy direct from Sample Logic for $275. It's never been discounted this much before, AFAIK.
Sadly, I just don't have $275 or I'd be all over this one, but I figured I could at least pass the tip on.
 All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I paid full price two weeks ago! Usually my timing is better, but, this is a shame.
It is a pretty great piece of software, but has a lot of content geared towards horror films, I would say. Dark and twisted sounds that would be great for a halloween party. :) The rest is very useable in a number of ways.
Windows 7 64 bit, Sony Vaio Laptop Q740, 8 GB, Sonar Producer X1d, Focusrite Scarlett 18i, Korg Pa500, M-audio 61 Radium Keystation. Using Omnisphere, Trilian, Komplete 8, Morphestra, Orchestral Essentials, Evolve, Orange Tree Guitars, Addictive Drums, BFD2, Melodyne Editor, Studio One 2, Ozone 5, FabFilter.

I think having Omnisphere and Morphestra is the enviable position for Bitflipper.

Yeah, Kreative, I was thinking of you while I read the email...poor guy just bought Morphestra at full price. That sucks. That's why I rarely buy anything that's not on sale. If they ever put Omnisphere on sale I'll puke.
And yes, ol' pal, I do lust after Morphestra despite my disappointment with similar products. Granted, I'd probably use only a small subset of Morphestra's libraries, but as with the small subset of Omnisphere's patches that I use they'd still be damn good.
If I had my druthers, though, I'd rather see their Cinematic Guitars go on sale. I'd sell some blood for that one.

Morphestra is wonderful, even if I paid more than I should have. But yes, I wish I would have waited for a sale. Nevertheless, one never knows if they'll have the money in hand when that sale does finally come along- if it does. To ease my pain, I just bought the OTS Lap Steel and UberMod.
