New song -Denial. Fixed.

Yup, my days of tapping drum lines are over.    I got myself a nice e-drum kit and spent a while learning the real way to human sounding drums.    denial is a nice short song, but I also performed the drums on "I C Dumb People" as well. Give a listen.  Comments appreciated especially toward the mix.

Way too short for this sweet, hard rockin song.  I think your experiment succeeded.  The heavy guitars reminded me of Evanescence, and the  drums sound good.  I'd bring the vocal up a bit and write a verse or two, and you're done.  I'll be coming back to your site for a further listen to your songs.

All the best,
Lynn

Well, I can tell you are excited by the new drums as they are the dominant feature in the mix . I would drop them back and bring the vox forward as I could not make out anything you were saying. Cool track.

Hey,

Very cool, dark, moody rock song!  Really like the thick guitar tones that kick in near the end.  I'm a fan of "big" drums, and they sound great, but I agree with Shad about maybe bumping up the vocals just a touch to even things up a bit.

Really nice work, have a good one!

Hot track sir, I'd lower the drums and bring up the overall mix volume

Agree the new toys need to be backed off a little.

Nice track though, thanks for sharing.

As per your ears, I have dropped the drums by 2.5 db and raised the vocals by 1 db. i think this is more acceptable.

I think this is best production yet.  Tried it on a few good stereos and at a bar over their system.   It rocks for being short. But it is seamless with the next track that I'm writing.  So thanks for the input people. You rock

Now, that's what I'm  talking about.  This is well balanced and just waiting to be finished.  If this is the end, then you succeeded.

All the best,

I started to read the previous comments whilst listening to your song and couldn't understand what everyone was on about until I realised you've remixed it!

Way too short and there are so many ways you can go with it. Great rocking tune

I like Justone as well. Good rhythm & guitar work

good little tune; hey you learnt drums that quick? grr....your voice is quite unique-sounding, almost has an REM sound, which is interesting against the rockier stuff. personally i think this type of rock need s amuch more compressed sound, the drums are good-sounding but too polite, same when the heavy guitars come in; the mix is almost too clean and sterile, i know on here we usually moan about the opposite but horses for courses!
