video viewing issue when scoring

I am currently scoring a trailer in XP with V8.5.3. I have two display monitors set up on my system. Everything runs smooth, but what's slowing me down is the fact that when the video is up, it covers my track view and makes editing a slow process. My only get around is to minimize both the video window and the track view window on the same monitor. My console view is on the right monitor. is there a way to move the track view to my right monitor, or even move the video view over? I can move the console view from monitor to monitor as well as effects, but neither the video nor the track view will switch. Thanks for any help

Have you "floated" the video window? Click the upper-left corner of the video window and "enable floating" if you haven't.

If Sonar is only expanded on one monitor, Steve is correct, enable floating to allow dragging windows outside of Sonar. For some reason this doesn't work with the Track View (no option to float) but will work with most other views including video. If Sonar is expanded over both monitors then you can move anything anywhere whether floating is enabled or not.

Edit: Another note. I have my monitor set to "Dual View" in nVidia's monitor settings so I can use both screens but the Windows taskbar only appears on the left monitor. When Sonar is open, if I maximize it, it only fills one screen. If you click the middle windows size button ("Restore Down" between Minimize and Close) you can drag the boundaries of Sonar to fill both screens if desired.
