Congratulations and the best of luck to you in your new position. As far as advice I'll say this... in my opinion the most important thing about running a company like Cakewalk is to give me free stuff. Lots of free stuff. ;-)

I'd tell him how great Cakewalk Sonar X1 producer is. Then I'd tell him how great it could be if they worked out the various bugs that, to this day, cause crashes and odd things to happen. I'd tell him to polish Sonar X1 until it glistens and he will draw many more people to it.

Hoover has been with Cakewalk since 1998. I would like to see Cakewalk come out with their own version of the Presonus 24 track mixer...please.
