Where to get X1 expanded?

My registration page showsthat I have X1 Expanded but there is no download. How do I get the expanded version? AM I the only one mystified by all this registration, serial number, version XYZ stuff?

Computer: Intel Core i7-2600k 3.4 GHz (quad core), 16 GB ram
Windows 7 Pro, Service pack 1 (64 bit)

SONAR X1 Production Suite (64 bit installation)
PC4k S-Type Channel Compressor
Dimension Pro 1.5 (incl w SONAR X1)
Guitar Rig 4 LE ProChannel Module 1 (Gate)
Z3TA 2

    I'm confused. You have the Production Suite listed in your specs but you are trying to download expanded separately? Expanded comes with the Suite... or are you trying to reinstall? More details please.

    So when you go into 'my account' and look under 'my registered products' you see X1 expanded, but no download link?  Does it show the serial $ and registration code?  You sure you're on the right page?  If you're sure - then contact tech support, that's strange, but I'm sure they can send you the codes and link quickly.

    I also have a little problem capitalizing upon cakewalk new offer of downloading sonar X1 expanded for $10.00. I have in my cart to pay by card and when I click on check out. It notifies me  with this messages." the item in your cart needs further validation ..please contact costumer service for history " what is this?
