Get all the way through the "Export Audio" process then....

Me again.
I am trying to export 30 audio tracks (raw - no panning, FX, automation - nothing) to a CD to send to a studio in NYC. I have done Ctrl-A>File> Export>Audio>
I select "Tracks" as a source (it shows me all of the tracks highlighted)
No dithering, 24 bit / 44.1
No Mix Enabled features except 64 bit and Fast Bounce
I am sending them to my E: drive and title it appropriately
When I click "Export" I get a Sonar pop-up confirming the tracks by name and stating that the program will "create the following tracks". It asks "Proceed" and I click "yes"
I then get a message stating "Internal error. Procedure was not successful" Once in while (less and less frequently) I get "Rendering incomplete. Save partially rendered audio?"
Is it that I'm trying to save the tracks to a CD? I can't figure out where I'm going wrong. The whole project (all 30 tracks) shows in my menu as about 1,300 KB. I've re-booted and re-tried this about 20 times - always with the same result.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, as always.

When I send files to my mixer I export from SONAR to a folder on my computer, then I zip the files into one large file and send that file via YouSendIt. Very quick and easy.

    SONAR X1 Expanded (64bit)
    HP Pavilion dv7  Windows 7 (64bit)  8 gig ram

Don't export directly from Sonar to the CD drive - ever.

Export to hard drive or USB stick is OK.  From there you can copy files to a CD, or better yet (as bmb said), upload them to a web-based storage location (I use Dropbox) and email the link to the client.

Good chance. Worst case scenario, all your tracks are still sitting individually in the audio folder as raw as raw can be.

Source Category should be Entire Mix
Bit Depth should be 16 bit if you plan to burn a CD.
File of Type should be WAVE

That will create a CD compatible WAV file. Then go to Utilities-Burn to CD to burn the WAV file to a CD. You cannot export to a CD directly from Sonar.

Dave, not to be rude but maybe you should read things just a little more carefully before responding. Seriously, no offense intended but you're kinda all over the map tonight. Read the thread.

Thanks everyone - it did occur to me that trying to export files to a CD from SONAR in the past has never worked. I'm actually going to try exporting them to a desktop file and then downloading that to to CD because the guy that I'm sending them to is working in a couple of different locations it would probably be more convenient for him to have a hardcopy to take with him. I'll send a link as a backup though.
Once again, thank you all so much for your help. I'll be the first to admit that I have some gaps in my knowledge. You guys never fail to point me in the right direction. I'm very appreciative.
