Issues with X1 Producer Expanded

After a brief search I didn't find any other relevant posts, so I'd like to throw outa couple of issues I'm having.
1st, having just upgraded to Expanded from Producer a few days ago I've discovered that some of my Cakewalk plugins such as Studioverb are missing or inaccessible by the program. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to remedy it?
2nd, I am not sure how to access the Pro Channel presets. The preset window is no longer visible from Pro Channel.

    Try posting in the X1 Forum. You might get more action.
     
    ...but since I'm here anyway, it sounds like you're using 64 bit X1. Those plugins you mentioned only work in 32 bit. You can use them by installing 32 bit X1. Just run the install again and select 32 bit. Otherwise replace them with another plugin.
     
    Expanded ProChannel's preset window was moved from the PC strip to the PC module on the channel strip. Hover your mouse over the preset window and the "open/save" icons will appear.

    Welp, I hadnt realized I was on the wrong forum. Thank you, Steve. I thought I was installing 32 bit, but in light of the fact I didnt even know which forum I was on its entirely possible I did install incorrectly.
