Problem by sync recording Sonar rewired with Reason 5

Hi! I'm new to Sonar (X1), and have a problem that probably an expert user would easily solve. When I start recording a track on Sonar, before the actual recording starts it gives you 2 taps (beats), and the Now time doesn't move for this time in Sonar, whereas in Reason (rewired) the now time already moves. And of course it goes out of sync (I only use Redrum in Reason). Is there a way to turn off the "waiting time" when I start recording? Or is there another solution? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I'm sure that an expert will be along soon. In the meantime, is there not an option in Reason that allows it to be synchronised with Sonar? I know I used to link my hardware synth somehow... been so long...

edit; erm... when in Sonar, press P, which will bring up the Preferences dialog box. Click on the Sync and Caching item. Have a look around there and see if you can see anything usefull.

I'll have a quick look on google...
