Melodyne upgrade deal

I had an email offer to upgrade from Melodyne Essentials to Editor for $149.00 - is it worth it?

If you need the polyphonic feature, yes.

yeah and all my mixes are in mono.

Why do you need it? Don't bass players play one note at a time?

Typical bass players do. I'm not typical. Ask Mooch.

The Editor has other features you don't get in Essential besides the DNA stuff.  But if all you ever do is correct single vocal lines and such, Essential is enough.  Dont think it lets you cut and paste harmonies like Editor does which saves a TON of time.  Check out the tutorials both at www.celemony.com and youtube.
