First-class-upgrade: Problem with serial number


Hi. :)

I have account in https://www.store.cakewalk.com

1. I bought SONAR X1 Production Suite (Box) and registered this program (http://www.cakewalk.com/Register/default.aspx)
In my Store Account I have  Serial Number and RegCode for this SONAR X1 Production Suite.
Later I`v got the download link for Free - PC4k S-Type channel compressor (download). This is special "First class upgrade": http://www.cakewalk.com/p...px/First-class-upgrade

But if I want to install this upgrade ( Free - PC4k S-Type channel compressor ) I have smal problem - serial number. Setup program want this number, but in my Store Account don`t have this serial number.

I try type the serial number from my SONAR X1 Production Suite - but it is not correct.


2. I want to update PC4K S-Type Expander/Gate & Channel Compressor version 1.0.1
But I don`t have in my Store Account link for download it update.

Please, can you help me to install PC4k S-Type channel compressor and update PC4K S-Type Expander/Gate & Channel Compressor to version 1.0.1?

    did you make sure you set the store to the right region ?


    also the additional number you need maybe on a different page

    My Region is  Other (USD) but I can  choose  other -  United States (USD) and this region have this problem too.

    well no  , you choose "other" hopefully that's how you paid or they assume your in the US.. if you have bought it as registered in the US maybe that would cause a problem. (with your IP address NOT being a US one)

    when you login ,  you see My Account ?  click on "order history" and scroll down

    hopefully it will be there.. under  "My Registered Products"  when you intially login.. you see 3 or 4 products right ?
      *BUT*

    there is

    also , which will scroll thru the list when you click to the next page.

    you do need to start sonar, then insert the "fx" and you'll get prompted to put the info in.. hopefully you did that ?
