HELP!!!!! Sonar Producer problem

I'm going crazy here. Ran sonar producer 8 for 2 years with Windows XP no worries. Bought new computer running windows 7 (64 bit) Now problems galor. Recording drop outs and really ****ty squealing noise on audio tracks both at record and playback. Using Tascam us-122L interface between Roland multi track recorder and computer. I think the problem is the 64 bit. Don't know for sure but I downloaded a 64 bit driver for the tascam and I think it's installed. Problems continue though even when I bipas the tascam and record playback using computer soundcard. Downloaded trial version of new Sonar X1 producer but just the same problems. Can anyone please help????

    Would it be possible for you to post images, or links to images, of all of the tabs in your audio options? The images would have to be hosted on a website that allows hotlinking for the images to show here. I use photobucket to do this sort of thing.

    If you're using Firefox you may have a problem posting an image here, but posting a link to an image online shouldn't be a problem.
