Is there any easy ways to move one bar or one snap?

Hello.

I'm a SONAR user for a long time and am wondering if there are any easy ways to move one bar or one snap.
As you know, there are some shortcut for moving one measure or moving next/previous mark.
(ctrl + page up/down to move one measure and ctrl + shift + page up/down to move next mark)

But I couldn't find any shortcut for moving one bar or one snap(snap that is set to certain value such as 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16....).
Moving next/provious bar or snap is used as much as moving next/previous measure or mark.
The only way I'm using to move next/previous bar or snap is just to click on the ruler by mouse.
It is a little difficult or unconvinient and NOT FAST.

So I'm wondering if there are any easy ways or shortcuts for moving next/previous bar or snap.
Is there anyone who know about this please give me some help.

Thanks
JunL

I don't think there is a short cut to move to the next bar that is snapped, unless you select measure for your snap to grid. The smallest Ito move to automatically is the measure, without making markers for every 64th or 32nd beat (like you said)
