Console meters show volume spikes when nothing is playing. Possible graphics bug?

So I'm noticing that when playback is stopped and I scroll through the console (and trackview too IRCC) that the meters jump. Are those spikes possibly just the last thing that got fed through them before I stopped playback and by bringing them to the surface they are just discharging the last graphic info sent to them? There is no input to any of these tracks when this happens. It doesn't seem to be hurting anything... just strikes me as odd and wondering if this is normal. Hope you are all having a good weekend.

lulz... Yeah, I figured. Can I attribute this to my cruddy graphics card or is this just normal with X1? Cheers.

Right on, CJay. Hope all is well in your world. As I said it doesn't seem to be screwing anything important up. Just curious.
