Up To Date after system restore.

After so many problems with Sonar X1 crashing when using bounce to clips and v vocal, I finally deleted the program and reinstalled it.  Then because of some other issue I needed to do a system restore.  Things are working fine (for now anyway)but I don't know if the updates abc and d I downloaded, saved and installed are still installed after the system restore.  The reason I'm not sure, is that the 4 updates are no longer in the file I saved them too before installing.  Were they just temporary files and dissapeared after being installed?  Do I need to re download and install?  Is there a way to find out if they have been loaded onto the computer?

Thanks.

You can find out where your version is in the update scheme by opening Sonar, selecting Help and choosing About Sonar. It will show you EXACTLY what build you are running (i.e., my copy indicates I have "Sonar X1 Producer Expanded (X1d build 535) - x64".

Whether or not you can find the updates anywhere on your computer, you can skip X1 a and X1b; (download if necessary and) reinstall X1c, then Expanded (if you own it), then the correct version of X1d (Expanded or not).

Thanks OlSkoolGuy.  I figured there must be some way to check on what updates I have.  Love the avatar too.

    Michael,

You're welcome. And... uh... "Thanks", I think...  The avatar is one of those online caricatures from description only, but it's as close to the real me as I need to get on the forum.

If you're referring to the "signature" quote, I have been a Zappa devotee since his early days (yes... I am really that old).

I thought the Avatar was really you.  One can do pop art portraits with photoshop and I thought you had done a great job at it.  As for my knowledge of Zappa it doesn't go to far beyond .......and I hate to say it.....Valley Girl.  (I'm sure you're screaming now)

Thanks again.  I still get the occasional crash when I bounce to clips but hopefully the c and d updates will fix that.
