Dimension rain/thunder patch

Hi all,
 
I can't find the rain/thunder patch that was mentioned in the last webinar...is it standard or an expansion?
 
Found it, on disk 4 additional content , Hollywood FX.

    there is a synth maker named xoxoxo that created a lot of neat special fx synths that are free check planetvst out or myvst if they still have it maybe gersic or another site that archives old synths
