phone question..again

Got phone question...again I bought me cheap phone guess you can say prepaid. It's a tracker phone. 

Anyways called my friend and the greeting message was cut short it said Verizon tone than straight to voice mail.

Dose this mean there delay that were not connecting? And if so how fix it?  

Also the friend birthday is this week and she's famous.

    Yeah but there no help. I can try the fourms on verizon wireless unless there better fourm try?

    The good news is I call today from my t mobile phone and got busy signal, beep three times than hung up.

    No offence, just wondering.
    Does this famous 'friend' know she's a friend or is this some sort stalker thing?  


    I only ask because of the TrackPhone thing. 
    Seems like something a stalker would use so they cant be traced.
    They just throw it away.

    Ha ha YES! she knows we've text for 2 years. And so dose her parents.

    The track phone was cause my t mobile was not connection with her verizon wireless :( And her phone company skrew up. She put me on her safe list to talk to her but they put me on block :(

    Also found out today busy signal mean were not connecting.
    And when I call from my new phone says this person out reach.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this? Mean 5 minutes be nice just so we can hear are voice for once.

    I did and the same happen. Now I'm getting busy signal from my old and new phone. 

    I seen on t mobile forum best thing do is keep calling till through.

    I'm now getting The number you have dial has been changed, disconnected or no longer in services.
    I thought she block me or changed her number.

    Did my research could this be problem with the network? 
    lot people say this verizon wireless problem and are very mad. 
       
    The bad news are friend who hook us up is no longer friends with us. 
    Which started the whole problem I think. We have not talk sense April 26th 
    I called and text over 100 times and I'm sure she has to.  If she got anything  I would know I gave her my twitter email and face book so she would had lot options.

    And are friend not being are friend no more is bad. she could of told her were having problems. 
    Though maybe it good thing she not are friend she was to star struck! And she might gave out her number. 

    And to be honest me buying new phone like my tracker phone should of fix the problem were we could of talk.
    To me this seems be network problems.
