That is crazy. I'm appalled. I'm awestruck. I just don't know what to say. Purple shirts on a Sattiddy? Hope your 'puter is OK.

the guy in purple is my father in law. the woman is Mrs. Beagle. I was just the photographer. actually, we took turns. at the time I was taking the pics I was also cleaning up the branches and hauling them around front for pickup. none of my electronics were affected. I shut everything down when the storm came. some of the winds in the area were clocked at 65mph.

With that strong winds, I'm glad nothing was damaged in the house. Purple has been band in my house since Barney popularized it, but the three female CEO's have informed me otherwise.

cleaning up the branches and hauling them around front for pickup. What no log burner? Trust the other damage was not to serious.

Glad that's the only major damage. That's cool they'll pickup the waste- around here you're on your own....or pay somebody. We can burn though. Right now there's a no burn in effect.

yeah, that was the only major damage. no damage to the roof. the patio cover was damaged but not too bad. oh - and the fence was damaged some, but it was already in need of being replaced in the area that was damaged, so we're just propping it up until I feel like working on it (well....if I wait until I FEEL like working on it then it might never get done....) james the trunk was probably 9 or 10" at the largest part. no, it wasn't huge, but it was still more physical work than we three normally do on a saturday morning. He's retired and we're both "office" workers. and the humidity was pretty high because of the recent rain and the temperature reached 100 F by the time we finished. as for the wheelbarrow - I don't think cricket bats would be very helpful. after all, crickets are pretty small creatures, I wouldn't think you'd really need a bat for them... Wookiee - nope, we cut up the big parts for firewood that I stacked in the corner of the lot, but the smaller stuff with all the leaves I put out to be picked up. spacey - they pick up stuff like that once a month and we're not supposed to leave it out until the day before pickup, but during storms like this they don't complain. if you put it out too soon during normal maintenance of your yard, tho, they'll fine you for that! but we can't burn, either. big cities have pros and cons!
