MC6 AND KEYSTROKE REASSIGNMENT TO PLUGIN

Hi
I am using MC6 and am also using Jamstixx III for plugin drum purposes. In JMIII I am having issues with developing a song  structure (ie...Intro, verse, chorus, bridge..etc) so the drums parts are arranged accrodingly. Whne I type "I" for intro or "V" for verse, or "C" for chorus. JSIII doesn't axknowledge the command, However, CWMC6 will respond by inserting a Video track or bringing up the C onsole view. Can MC6 reassign keystrokes to plugins like I believe Sonar can. Is keystroke commands even my issue here? Please advise!

Thanks

I have JS2 and maybe JS3... I don't recall since I don't use them much.   For me, the last update seemed to be moving away from intuitive work flow and simple things seemed to be very difficult to do.

I do however, believe that you are entering the key commands in the MC6 window and not in the JS3 window. That's why you have the MC6 commands popping up the commands they represent when you press the keys.

I'd suggest asking this in the Jamstix forums. The folks there are heavier users then those here. We do have a few JS users here but over there you will get the JS heavy hitters and even Ray himself will pop in to answer.
