backing tracks to buy?

I have done almost all my backing tracks with a synth since Cake came on 3.5 floppies. Someone was telling me there are companies who sell pre-made tracks with real instruments of cover songs. Can anyone recommend some?

They are not cheap and some are just MIDI files played though a wavetable synth. Then you cannot change the arrangement or shut off unwanted parts. I know it's a chore but better to make your own. My short cut now is to see if I can find a MIDI track in the freeware domains. All I want is good drums. The rest I toss out anyways and add real bass. Can do a track in an hour if the drums are good.

And it's SO easy to make them yourself with Band in a Box (pgmusic.com)--my second favorite music software after SONAR.
