guitar mute

I am using Sonar x1 producer. I would like to produce the sound of guitar mute, just like the music for the first few verses of this song...   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Y2icHOgC5U   may i know how do i do that? thx.

    The TTS-1 has a Muted Gtr in its General MIDI bank. To get a similar sound as in this song, use a sustain pedal with it.
