Anyone feel like there should be some sort of output/gain compensation......

...for the saturation knob????

Not sure if this has been discussed before. I really like the Softube saturation knob & use it quite often. However, the one small annoyance I have w/ it is when I'm searching for the right amount of saturation I find myself always having to fiddle back and forth w/ the volume fader to compensate for the increase/decrease it adds in volume. It also makes it a tad bit more difficult to get a real sense of what it's adding to the sound through saturation vs. the loudness effect.

Would be nice if there was some type of auto-gain or output compensation similar to ReelBus or Satson, etc. I've read that Softube has implemented this in the saturation knob in their Trident A-Range eq.  Maybe they could add that into the pro channel knob as well.

And one for the ProChannel Eq as well. Every single plug in existence should have an output volume.

    +1million

The softube knob in particular drives me nuts with this. Trying to get a level matched A/B with it is next to impossible.

Take a second and fill out an official Feature Request if you want to see it in the future.  The forum only goes so far and it only takes about 30 seconds.
