Your sense of humor is intact, Maurice.  I hope you're just hanging around the ICU to amuse yourself.

Usually when I'm in the ICU, Igor keeps going through my things looking for spare parts for "The Master".  He keeps asking me if I'm emotionally attached to my spleen.

It sounds like you may be in the same hospital.

Hoping for a quick and full recovery Maurice. Might I also suggest staying away from the web porn while recuperating. Those things you call myths you aren't finding in the hospital are the kind of things you find on web porn......or so I've heard......somewhere.......might have been the web.

Spent over 6 hours at the ER here last week.

The nurse was almost 6 ft tall and had a 5 o'clock beard - which didn't seem out of place when I looked around at the people waiting there. The whole scene felt totally coherent, albeit a bit spooky.

    Get well soon, man!

First off, praying that you will get well soon.

Second, I worked night shift at a hospital for over 12 years. While the patients might not see it, there is some crazy stuff that does go on behind the scenes. The nurses might not be busting out at the seams for you but there is alot that does go on in the supply rooms, in the doctor's sleeping rooms and dark corners that would surprise you. I know it did me. We used to have a blast just goofing off and causing trouble. Ah, the stories I could tell!

Well, the fact that you are still able to post about it is a good thing!  I'm guessing the root cause was an alien implant that malfunctioned.  I think they owe you your own spaceship to make up for it.

Get well soon!  You'll want to be feeling healthy for the end of the world parties later this year.

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.  Best wishes on a quick and complete recovery.
