Sonitus FX are sometimes found and other times NOTSOMUCH

I'm aware that there are different named versions of the sonitus suite and that if you don't have both installed old projects may not be able to bring up those plugs.

I tried putting in my old Sonar cds (lik eversion 3 and 4) and they wont work.  

How can i make sure that all my old plugs from my old machine are installed in my new machine so old projects can be opened with confidence?

Can someone send me a folder with the old sonitus plugs in it and I can just drop them in the appropriate folder and all will be well?

Speaking of that- how does Sonar know what dx plugins are installed when there are no set paths and "scanning" like there is for vst?  How does it know?!

I'm sure there are old threads on this problem, but a quick search didn't turn up what i was looking for.............  anyone?

    No. That would be illegal.

    I'm pretty sure that all the versions you need are on the install disc so do a selective install of just the Sonitus suite
