Nebula 3 versions question

I'd check out the Nebula site & forum, briefly:
-There's a certain learning curve, you'll need patience at first. 
-The 3rd party programs are what you'll end up using, not the factory ones.
-You do need a powerful puter & be prepared to spend a certain amount of time rendering tracks or submixes. Pretty sure you'll need the Pro version for most demo programs. 
-The programs themselves can be very large.
-confusing / frustrating workflow- You use single instances so i.e. a 4 band eq needs 4 instances inserted for each freq. (Sonar's FX chains come in very handy for this.) 
-great eq's, tapes & console programs. Comps are not one of Nebula's stregnths, although I understand the newer programs have improved quite a bit. 
-VST plugin software devolopment is getting better all the time, don't know what Nebula's future plans are so it may not be worth the investment.

Thanks Carl and Bajan Blue.  You two have given me enough info to put this idea on the back burner and off the "to buy list".  I played with the free version for a while last night and thought I could get the same results easier with plugins I already own.  Again, your info is what I needed to hear/read.
