Mooch4056 I had eggs and toast. Always wondered why noone ever has egg and toasts. The egg is usually plural and the toast can be 5 pieces but it is still "eggs and toast". Mooch, you are perfectly welcome at this point to tell me to go do something to myself of kiss something on yourself. I won't do it but thats ok :) I love eggs and toast.

Same as everyday (since the diet started) 2 eggs over medium (160 cal.) 1 skinny bagel (110 cal.) 2 slices of becan (80 cal.) 1 Atkins Vanilla shake (160 cal.) ======================= 510 cal. I usually snack on about 400-500 cal. from now until dinner. Dinner is either: Salmon or Skinless chicken breast or Cod or Filet Mignon or Hamburger (ranges from 120 cal. to 350 cal.) That and very little exercise has me steady at 14lbs lost in about 12 weeks. I'll be missing my goal of 3.5 more lbs. over the next two weeks unless I cut down to 500 cal. per day.

Someone tell Bapu I am not at all concerned about his weight or diet ... I am very very concerned and all most frightened by when and what might he try to sing while recording again and then publishing on the world wide web That is an explanation I'd want him to explain to me in detail ....and hopefully logically .....

Ed is an exceptional and very experienced and talented bass player. That doesn't mean he can sing even if he thinks he can ....and only a good friend would point that out to him rather than lie like everyone else. I am a short fat slow Italian guy .... You don't see me in London running the 400 do ya? I know better.... Even if it would be funny to see me come in last place 15 minutes behind them Bapu needs to know better than to sing. I leave the Olympians to the Olympics and Bapu should leave the singing to the singers and play bass for them Only a good friend speaks the truth

I'm helping a friend with his auto body supply shop by creating him a new inventory system (among other things) and ended up working all night swapping inventory because the new shelf bins came in yesterday (16 hours straight - my legs are beat from standing that whole time). Mickey D's is right across the street so I broke down and got a couple of their becan, egg and cheese McGriddles (and a large coffee!). I so wish those things were healthy for you (I naturally assume they're not), 'cause they taste sooooo good! (I love parenthetical comments!)
Time for all of you to head over to Beyond My DAW!
