Has anybody bought anything from Yellowtools post the Magix Merger/Acquisition?

Howdy..

Have you bought Independence Basic, or Pro, or any, "Best Service/Engine" product recently?  By recent I mean within the last 18 months?  How is the customer support?  How is the 64 bit working out for you?  Have you had any major problems in Sonar?  Do you own another DAW?  Any problems in it?  Name the daw...

Have you seen any new products come from them?

If you are a long time Yellowtools user, and are still using their product, please feel free to leave a comment below.

All help, much appreciated.

Cheers

Hi
I am a long time Yellow tools user with Culture & Majestic, although I have to admit I never used Majestic very much - bit of a mistaken purchase many years ago when I knew no better!
I went 64 bit windows 7 last year and never got around to reloading the Yellow tools stuff until this year when I needed to use Culture for a project.
Well to cut a long story short I found Customer Support pretty helpful (well for Germans!! Opps sorry shouldn't profile all Germans like this but as someone who has to deal with Native Instruments......) and they did me a very good price on Candy which I like, and the upgrade to the new 64bit sample engine was very reasonable as well.
To sum up I was pretty happy to be able to use these products again and at a very reasonable cost.
This and the Best Service Engine work flawlessly in my Sonar X1 64 bit Windows 7 set up.

Hope this helps
Nigel
