Piano Roll View no Piano
I know 8.x inside and out and finally diving into 1X. Please expect a few dumb questions, man this is different. So in PRV there is no piano on the left, just the midi note numbers. How do I get the piano/keyboard graphic back? -rich

Try using the vertical zoom. You're probably zoomed in too close.

Not the horizontal zoom... the vertical zoom... Works for me. Can you post a picture of the problem?

Choose Diatonic and the keys should show. Of course if X1 is different disregard.

It's still the same, SToons. And you are correct. Note assignment should be set to Diatonic for the keys to show, as well as the zoom setting Dave mentioned.

Glad it works (one less thing to learn if I upgrade...). It usually comes up as default for me, you may be able to set it up that way.
